quiet retreat

i found the breakfasts good and quite ample i appreciate easy access by bus route 14 as it travels directly into the city center a brief walk of approximately twenty minutes connects the hotel to the train station i liked the relaxed atmosphere of this place and the kind staff.
the shower drain was a bit clogged it created a small pool on the entire bathroom floor

the room was modern and met my needs. i easily accessed restaurants and shopping thanks to the nearby tram. the provided transport pass was a plus. the reception staff were helpful and accommodating!!!
the tv worked fine, but the chromecast didn't function, i found this a bit annoying. there were no complimentary tea or coffee facilities in the room. i had to pay for a cup downstairs.

the rooms were clean and easy to access, which i really liked. the hotel has three elevators, which minimised wait times. secure parking is available in the undercroft, i found that useful. the hotel offers excellent soundproofing.

the staff were always polite and smiling, they readily answered all my questions. a lady named laura at reception was amazing and very helpful. they gave me complementary vouchers for transport. the service was great!!!

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!

The room had really nice equipment and was in good shape. The bed was good, and I found the bathroom spacey... There was also a desk available for work. The lobby area was nice too.
The air conditioning seemed virtually nonexistent. The room was uncomfortably hot, a little difficult to sleep.

the staffs are friendly and approachable. the bed are comfortable and i had a good sleep. i appreciated the complimentary transport vouchers and meal discounts, and they really improved my stay. the room was quiet despite being near the highway.
the breakfast was ok, i did not expect anything special though.
